It was my luck to find your company on the web when my 1991 Toyota went south on me. After doing some research about remanufactured engines, and looking at several companies/parts dealers that were available, I was, plain and simply, amazed at your offer for a remanufactured Toyota 3.0 Liter v-6 engine. Your quality is top notch, and your warranty, which backs it up, speaks volumes of your commitment to your customers. 7 year/ 70,000-mile warranty on a remanufactured engine? WOW!!! Now that is what I call a high standard of quality, attention to detail, and pride in manufacturing. And for an extremely reasonable price.
I'm a helicopter maintenance officer in the Army. I've been doing this job either as an enlisted man or officer for nearly 15 years, so I can appreciate the caliber of quality that has to go into manufacturing and/or maintaining a high dollar piece of equipment. You folks hit the mark. Even when I had specific questions concerning installation and break-in, if you didn't know the exact answer, you researched it and got the answer I needed.
Keep up the awesome work. Your recipe for quality assurance, low cost, and customer satisfaction will keep you guys at the top of your industry, so don't let up. Thanks for the great service. If anyone should ask me about a remanufactured engine, I am sending them to you.

Just a word of appreciation for doing such a fine job. In just the last five years I not only had three different suppliers give me nothing but grief every time my customer had a warranty problem, but now their out of business leaving Cummins North West paying for their warranty failures.
Since we started selling your engines our warranty calls have all but stopped. The product is indeed better then new, and when we do have a warranty problem your warranty department handles it in such a professional manner, most of the time our customer calls us to say thanks.
